This winter marks a significant change for us as it is the first one in which we have not had a renter over the winter months. In our proactive pursuit of securing a tenant during the colder months, we’ve strategically listed The Little Yellow Cottage on TurboTenant.com. Turbo Tenant, a dynamic rental management platform, amplifies our reach by syndicating our listing across approximately 20 high-traffic websites, including apartments.com, Redfin, and realtor.com.
To further enhance visibility, we expanded our reach by creating a Craigslist account and seamlessly pushing our Turbo Tenant listing to this popular platform as well. Additionally, we’ve revamped our pricing structure across our short-term rental platforms, providing guests with a substantial discount for bookings of a month or more during our off-season.
